
How much does Postage & Handling cost?
Simplicity Aromatherapy charges a flat fee of $10 for all postage and handling throughout Australia (tracking number provided).
If postage is required outside of Australia, please email us directly and we will provide a personalised postage and handling quote.
How long will it take for my order to be processed/delivered?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
What is your return policy if the products don’t suit?
We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
If there are any discrepancies with orders we do offer full refunds or replacements of products.
This can be resolved by emailing us directly. In these circumstances products must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
Postage costs are not refundable.

Can I use Simplicity Aromatherapy products during pregnancy?
Yes you can use our products during pregnancy however note that using some essential oils may be advised to avoid in the late stages of pregnancy. Please consult your doctor for this information.
Are Simplicity Aromatherapy products tested on animals?
No. Simplicity Aromatherapy is strongly against the use of ingredients that have been laboratory tested on animals.
We are also against using ingredients that have a negative impact on the environment.
Do any of your products contain a SPF?
Simplicity Aromatherapy products do not carry a sun protection factor.
How long do Simplicity Aromatherapy products last once opened?
We recommend using each product within 6 months of opening.
